Job Title: Financial Documents Specialist (Korean)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage in-depth financial knowledge to generate, review, and refine financial documents in Korean.
2. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and format complex financial data, reports, and presentations.
3. Assess and validate financial documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Contribute to the improvement and evaluation of AI-generated financial documents by providing expert feedback and annotations.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Apply your experience from Fortune 500 environments to deliver high-quality, real-world input.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2. Native-level proficiency in Korean, with strong command of written and verbal communication.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance and financial document creation or management.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial data handling and presentation.
5. Exceptional ability to interpret, edit, and create detailed financial reports and presentations.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards in documentation.
7. Experience collaborating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous work experience with a Fortune 500 company.
2. Located in the United States, with understanding of both US and Korean business cultures.
3. Familiarity with AI training or a strong interest in machine learning applications for finance.
