2. JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented professional to handle outbound calls, address customer queries, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil, along with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services
- Build rapport with customers and drive conversions
- Maintain records of interactions using CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly targets in a performance-driven environment
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Comfortable handling outbound calling processes
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
