Job Summary

In this role, you'll use your everyday childcare and caregiving experience to help train next-generation AI systems. You'll record yourself performing routine caregiving tasks — feeding, play, supervised activities, and more — using your smartphone. No prior AI experience needed; your hands-on caregiving background is what matters.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Capture motion data using your smartphone while performing everyday caregiving tasks (e.g. feeding, playtime, supervised activities, household routines with children).
  2. Record synchronized video footage following detailed technical protocols to ensure quality, labeling, and accuracy standards are met.
  3. Supported devices: iPhone 12 and later, Google Pixel 6 and later, Samsung Galaxy S21 and later.
  4. Contribute a minimum of 10 hours of approved video data per week throughout the project.
  5. Communicate with the team to clarify guidelines and share feedback on the data collection process.
  6. Deliver outputs reliably and on time in line with project milestones.
  7. Complete required device compatibility checks and a custom AI-enabled interview.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  1. Current or recent experience as a nanny, au pair, childcare provider, or caregiver.
  2. Access to a head strap to record hands-free within 48 hours of start date.
  3. Ability to follow detailed step-by-step protocols consistently.
  4. Reliable and self-directed — comfortable managing your own schedule and output.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
  6. Comfortable with smartphones and everyday mobile apps.
  7. Physical ability to perform repetitive caregiving tasks safely.
  8. Access to a compatible smartphone (see supported devices above).
  9. Eligible to work in the designated U.S. states listed above.
  10. Gmail address strongly preferred for seamless tool integration.


Compensation

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per recorded video that meets the project specifications.


Start Timeline & Availability

Equipment Requirements

  1. Tasks must be performed from a smartphone using a head-mounted camera (head strap setup). Specifications shared during onboarding.
