Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transcribe audio content in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) with exceptional accuracy and fluency.
2. Review and correct machine-generated transcriptions, ensuring correctness and clarity.
3. Add relevant metadata tags and annotations to enrich the transcribed data for downstream AI processing.
4. Identify contextual information in audio files and highlight linguistic nuances as needed.
5. Uphold rigorous attention to detail to guarantee the highest quality of transcription and annotation.
6. Collaborate with the customer’s team, providing clear written and verbal feedback on data quality.
7. Maintain consistency and confidentiality while working with sensitive or proprietary content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fluent proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, both written and spoken.
2. Proven experience in audio transcription with a demonstrable record of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Strong expertise in adding and managing metadata tags and annotations for audio or text content.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
5. Ability to spot and correct errors in machine-generated transcription outputs.
6. Familiarity with transcription guidelines and best practices for language data quality.
7. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
2. Experience contributing to linguistic data projects or handling large-scale transcription tasks.
